How to get your first job, resign, and switch your job
Everyone joins Final City: Online as a Citizen, which is the default job. Citizens do not have any objectives or commands. Jobs are non-PvP and do not have any objective of fighting other players.
Jobs are one of the two parallel career paths that exist in Final City: Online, with the next path being Factions.
Applying for a job
There are two ways to get a job, depending on if they are primarily legal or illegal:
- Legal Jobs: Obtained at the City Hall.
- Illegal Jobs: Obtained at the Black Van.
Each job has its own requirements, these can also be found in each jobs wiki page or in-game.
Switching jobs
To switch your job, you must apply for a new one at the City Hall or Black Van. Most jobs have a requirement to be a Citizen. To be a Citizen again, you must resign from your job at the City Hall. All jobs resign at the City Hall.
You can only have one job at a time. You may unlock a job by leveling it up through activities, allowing to free-switch to it if you own a house.
